The staff was friendly and let us store our bags early. Room was nice, but the carpet could use some love, and we heard our neighbors a bit too well. The bar area had some cool special diet options, which was a nice touch!

They quickly found me a room and took care of everything. My stay was comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. As a traveler from Italy, I appreciated the efficiency in solving my issue.

The room was pretty spacious and had a large TV. The bathroom was nice with marble tiles and a walk-in shower, but the hand basin was a bit awkward. The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows, and I liked having a fridge and coffee maker. However, there was scaffolding outside blocking the view, which was kind of a buzzkill.
